A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join their engineering team covering a portfolio of commercial buildings across North London. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a varied mobile role with excellent training, career progression, and long-term stability.

What you'll do:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical building services systems.
  • Service, maintain, and fault find on HVAC plant, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, valves, pipework, pressurisation units, and general plant room equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical faults, carry out repairs, and ensure all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory compliance requirements.
  • Complete routine inspections, plant checks, filter changes, and minor mechanical installations and repairs.
  • Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Maintain accurate service records and deliver a high standard of customer service across all sites.

What you'll bring:

  • City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 in a Mechanical or Plumbing discipline.
  • Experience working within commercial building services or facilities maintenance.
  • Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills across mechanical building services systems.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • A proactive, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
