A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team covering a portfolio of commercial sites across South Central England. What you'll do:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial buildings.
  • Complete emergency lighting inspections and testing, along with routine building compliance checks including tap temperature monitoring.
  • Perform fault finding and first-line repairs on building services systems including lighting, power, pumps, motors, air handling units, fan coil units, and general plant equipment.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and breakdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to building occupants.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients and site contacts.
