A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a reputable and well-established maintenance provider, delivering top-tier electrical building services across high-end commercial office blocks in London and the surrounding M25 area.
Role Overview:
In this mobile role, you will be responsible for both planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive works across a portfolio of commercial office buildings. You\’ll work independently, attending multiple sites, ensuring all electrical systems are operating efficiently and safely, while representing the company to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance on electrical plant, lighting, power, and distribution systems
- Fault-finding, diagnostics, and minor electrical repairs
- Supporting minor installation works and project support where required
- Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with current regulations and health & safety standards
- Managing daily work schedules and providing excellent customer service on-site
- Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance records
Requirements:
- Fully qualified in Electrical Engineering (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- 18th Edition certified
- Previous experience within commercial maintenance, ideally office environments
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent fault-finding skills and a solid understanding of electrical systems
- Strong communication and time management skills
