A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team at a commercial static site in Bristol, with occasional cover required across four additional sites. What you'll do:

  • Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial building services.
  • Fault-find and repair electrical systems including lighting, power, emergency lighting, distribution boards, and associated equipment.
  • Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests, ensuring faults are diagnosed and resolved efficiently.
  • Complete routine inspections, testing, and minor electrical works where required.
  • Support maintenance requirements across four additional sites on an occasional basis.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance requirements.

What you'll bring:

  • City & Guilds / NVQ qualification in an Electrical discipline.
  • Proven experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance.
  • Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Good understanding of commercial electrical systems.
