What you'll do:
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial building services.
- Fault-find and repair electrical systems including lighting, power, emergency lighting, distribution boards, and associated equipment.
- Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests, ensuring faults are diagnosed and resolved efficiently.
- Complete routine inspections, testing, and minor electrical works where required.
- Support maintenance requirements across four additional sites on an occasional basis.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance requirements.
