A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their on-site engineering team at a commercial static site in the City of London. What you'll do:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services systems.
- Perform fault finding and first-line repairs on systems including HVAC plant, lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, pumps, motors, and general plant equipment.
- Ensure all building services systems are operating safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory compliance requirements.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to building operations.
- Support small works, system upgrades, and general engineering maintenance tasks across the site.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and completed works.
