Position: Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer

Location: Covering commercial offices across Central London

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

The Role Overview

As the Foot Mobile Engineer, you will deliver both planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial office environments. You will ensure building services are maintained to a high standard while providing excellent service to clients. A travel card is provided, and there are strong opportunities to increase earnings through overtime.

What you'll do:

  • Carry out PPMs across electrical and building services systems
  • Respond to reactive maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Undertake fault finding and minor repairs
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
  • Complete job reports and maintenance documentation accurately
  • Liaise with clients and building managers to maintain strong working relationships
