The Role Overview
As the Foot Mobile Engineer, you will deliver both planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial office environments. You will ensure building services are maintained to a high standard while providing excellent service to clients. A travel card is provided, and there are strong opportunities to increase earnings through overtime.
What you'll do:
- Carry out PPMs across electrical and building services systems
- Respond to reactive maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner
- Undertake fault finding and minor repairs
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
- Complete job reports and maintenance documentation accurately
- Liaise with clients and building managers to maintain strong working relationships
