About the Role:

We are seeking a Facilities Administrator to join a well-established facilities maintenance provider specialising in high-end residential environments. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of facilities services in a prestigious setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for facilities-related queries, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
  • Manage administrative duties, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and updating systems.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules, liaise with service providers, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Support the facilities team with compliance documentation, health and safety records, and audits.
