An exciting opportunity has become available for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the team at a well-established facilities management provider, delivering high-quality building services to a modern commercial facility in Glasgow.
This is an excellent role for an electrically qualified engineer looking to join a business with a strong reputation for developing and progressing its team from within.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on electrical systems
- Respond to and resolve electrical reactive maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site-specific procedures
- Complete basic building services tasks where required
- Accurately record and update work completed using CAFM systems
- Liaise with clients and team members to ensure smooth operation and service delivery
Requirements:
- Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Prior experience working within facilities management (commercial environments preferred)
- Strong understanding of electrical systems including lighting, power, and distribution
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
