What you'll do:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services systems.
- Perform fault finding and repairs on systems including HVAC plant, lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, and general plant equipment.
- Ensure all systems are operating safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory compliance requirements.
- Respond to breakdowns and out-of-hours issues, ensuring minimal disruption to building operations.
- Assist with minor works, system improvements, and general maintenance tasks across the site.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
