A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their on-site team at a high-profile commercial facility in the City of London. What you'll do:
- Oversee a team of engineers delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services systems.
- Support the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with service level expectations.
- Monitor works across systems including HVAC, lighting, power distribution, fault finding, and general plant maintenance.
- Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and service providers to ensure smooth operational delivery.
- Assist with compliance, maintenance planning, reporting, and general site administration duties.
- Act as a key point of contact for site stakeholders and engineering queries.
What you'll bring:
- City & Guilds / NVQ in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
- Experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance.
- Previous supervisory or lead engineer experience (desirable).
- Strong technical knowledge across electrical and mechanical systems.
- Good organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
