The Role Overview
As the Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be part of a dedicated onsite engineering team, responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across the buildings electrical and associated systems.

- Carry out PPMs on electrical and building services systems
- Respond to reactive maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Perform fault finding and diagnostics on electrical systems
- Assist with general building services maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
