Salary – Β£25,000 per annum

Location – Olympus Ave, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick CV34 6RZ

Days Hours – Mon – Fri, 8:45am – 5:30pm (1 hour lunch)

Employment Type – Full-time, permanent

Our Deposit Specialists play a pivotal role in ensuring that our landlord and tenant customers receive the high-quality experience they deserve when coming to the end of their tenancy.

The Role: As a Property Manager: Deposit Specialist, you will be fully managing your own portfolio of tenancies ending, across any of our 60 brands. Acting as a key contact for our tenants and landlords in the end of tenancy process, from the moment notice is given through to the security deposit being released. Providing a first-class service to our customers is at the heart of your role, and working in a fun and positive environment.
