R9 Recruitment are looking for a qualified Multi Trade Roofer with a passion for green energy? Our clientis seeking skilled professionals to install Solar PV systems and carry out roofing works across our social housing portfolio.

Salary:£34,067 per annum
Hours:40 hours per week

Your Role

• Installing Solar PV and associated works
• Identifying and rectifying roofing defects
• Surveying and placing slates/tiles in isolated patches
• Removing and replacing full roof coverings
• Re-bedding and renewing hip and ridge tiles
• Repairing and replacing lead valleys
• Rebuilding chimney stacks and renewing chimney pots
• Repairing mineral felt and asphalt flat roofs
• Renewing lead flashing to chimneys and upstands
• Liaising with customers and interpreting drawings, diagrams, and measurements

What We Need from You

• Recognised Apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2/3 qualification
• Proven competence in all aspects of roofing
• Experience in domestic property maintenance, including high-rise blocks
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Full UK driving licence
• CSCS card, asbestos awareness, and own tools
