Location: Office in Enfield (EN1), with sites across West London, Kingston upon Thames, and North London

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee roofing projects and ensure smooth site operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong trade background who is ready to step into a supervisory role and take ownership of site safety, quality, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate and manage roofing teams and subcontractors.
  • Monitor compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
  • Report progress, issues, and updates to senior management.
  • Support and mentor site operatives, promoting a positive and productive working environment.

Requirements

  • SSTS or SMSTS certification (essential).
  • Valid driving licence (essential).
  • Asbestos Awareness training (preferred, but training can be provided).
  • NVQ qualification (preferred, but not essential).
  • Previous experience in a trade roofing preferred, but other trades considered.
  • Comfortable working at heights and supervising roofing projects.
