We are looking for an experienced Electrician to carry out planned and responsive repairs across Local Authority and Social Housing properties. You will complete lighting replacements, fault-finding, EICRs, remedials and upgrade works, ensuring all systems remain safe, compliant and operational.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical repairs, fault-finding and first-time fixes
- Lighting installations and repairs
- EICR testing and remedial works (single & three-phase)
- Safe isolation and BS7671-compliant documentation
- Risk assessments and safe working practices
- Completing works to targets and high standards
- Using PDA/IT systems for job reports and certification
- Maintaining a clean, stocked company vehicle
- Liaising professionally with tenants, colleagues and management
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
- City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition
- Minimum 3 years on-site experience
- Full UK driving licence
