We are looking for an experienced Electrician to carry out planned and responsive repairs across Local Authority and Social Housing properties. You will complete lighting replacements, fault-finding, EICRs, remedials and upgrade works, ensuring all systems remain safe, compliant and operational.

Key Responsibilities

  • Electrical repairs, fault-finding and first-time fixes
  • Lighting installations and repairs
  • EICR testing and remedial works (single & three-phase)
  • Safe isolation and BS7671-compliant documentation
  • Risk assessments and safe working practices
  • Completing works to targets and high standards
  • Using PDA/IT systems for job reports and certification
  • Maintaining a clean, stocked company vehicle

Requirements
