HIU Service Engineer - Contract

My client is one of the leading Heating, Electrical and Maintenance contractors operating across all London Boroughs. Due to increased workload and new contract wins, they now require a CONTRACTOR to carry out servicing work on HIU appliances across the Lambeth area. What youll be doing: Servicing Heat Interface Units (HIUs), mainly in occupied homes. Servicing Fan Coil Units (FCUs) and cooling meters. Conducting in-property heat and cooling meter servicing and verifications. Required skills and attributes: Minimum qualification of NVQ level 2, or equivalent, in plumbing and heating HIU maintenance and servicing Own Van Gas Safe Registration Public Liability Insurance Clean CRB Check Full driving licence essential You will need to have experience in servicing multiple appliances in one day and ideally experience within Social Housing properties You will paid per job completed and weekly pay is available to you. All parking and potential congestion will be reimbursed to you.
