R9 are seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative / General Builder to join our clients growing installs team.
Location: South East London
Salary: Β£40,354.00
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general building work to a high standard
- Complete brickwork, blockwork and minor building works
- Undertake minor plumbing repairs
- Carry out basic carpentry and basic joinery repairs
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality and customer service standards
- Accurately update jobs using a PDA system
Skills & Experience
- Strong general building / Multi-trade
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing
- Experience working in tenanted properties
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Additional trade qualifications or compliance knowledge desirable
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- DBS check (or willingness to complete)
- Right to work in the UK
- Professional, customer-first attitude
- Based within a commutable distance South East London
