About the Role:
We are seeking a skilledGas Service Engineerto join our dedicated Clientsupporting residents in social housing. Youll be responsible for servicing, ensuring safety, compliance, and comfort for tenants across our housing stock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of gas boilers in domestic properties.
- Ensure all work complies with current gas safety regulations and company standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service, respecting tenants homes and needs.
Requirements:
- ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1).
- Proven experience in domestic gas servicing and repairs.
- Strong understanding of gas safety regulations.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Desirable:
- Experience working in social housing
