R9 is seeking a qualified Electricians to join our Repairs & Maintenance team. You will carry out electrical maintenance and repair works across our housing stock, working from a PDA device and supporting residents with high quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations across council properties
- Work independently using a PDA device to manage and complete tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Ensure all work meets current safety and compliance standards
- Participate in an out of hours weekend rota when required
Required Qualifications
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Full UK driving licence
