Requirements

  • City & Guilds Painting & Decorating qualification
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting & Decorating or valid CSCS card
  • Basic DBS check
  • Proven experience in painting and decorating, ideally within voids or social housing

Duties

  • Preparing surfaces (filling, sanding, priming)
  • Internal and external painting & decorating
  • Working efficiently to deadlines in void properties
