About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee roofing projects and ensure smooth site operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong trade background who is ready to step into a supervisory role and take ownership of site safety, quality, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
- Coordinate and manage roofing teams and subcontractors.
- Monitor compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
- Report progress, issues, and updates to senior management.
- Support and mentor site operatives, promoting a positive and productive working environment.
Requirements
- SSTS or SMSTS certification (essential).
- Valid driving licence (essential).
- Asbestos Awareness training (preferred, but training can be provided).
- NVQ qualification (preferred, but not essential).
- Previous experience in a trade – roofing preferred, but other trades considered.
- Comfortable working at heights and supervising roofing projects.
