About the Repairs Admin Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Repairs Administrator to join a well-established client in Leatherhead. This is a busy and varied role, supporting the day-to-day delivery of repairs and maintenance services by ensuring work is scheduled efficiently and all administrative processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities of the Repairs Administrator:
- Managing diaries and planning workloads efficiently
- Scheduling engineers and coordinating daily appointments
- Handling a high volume of calls from residents, clients, and contractors
- Raising purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Updating internal systems and client portals
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Providing general administrative support to the repairs and maintenance team
- Resolving queries and assisting with scheduling issues

Experience Required
