Date: ASAP The Role We are looking for a Parts Administrator to join our Clients team in Potters Bar.
You will be responsible for ordering parts, managing stock levels, liaising with suppliers and engineers, and ensuring parts are delivered on time.
- Key Duties
- Order parts and materials from approved suppliers.
- Check deliveries and allocate parts to the correct engineer or site.
- Process orders and update internal systems.
- Liaise with suppliers and monitor service levels.
- Manage returns and warranty claims.
- Review invoices and report discrepancies.
