Plumber - Social Housing (North/East OR West London)

We are currently recruiting experienced Plumbers for Social Housing maintenance contracts across London.
Average earnings between - £1,000 -£1,200 per week
Locations Available:
- 2 x Plumbers - North/East London
- 1 x Plumber - West London
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am - 5:00pm
- 40-hour week (1-hour lunch) or 42.5-hour week (30-minute lunch)
Duties Include:
- Tap repairs and replacements
- Leak detection and repairs
- Shower installations and repairs
- Shower pump maintenance
- General plumbing maintenance within occupied social housing properties
- Part P related duties and basic electrical work associated with plumbing and heating systems
Important: Part P experience is highly desirable. A formal Part P qualification is preferred but not essential. xgikmsk Candidates must be willing and able to carry out Part P-related works as part of the role.

- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points accepted
- Own tools
- Part P Qualification (preferred but not essential)
