R9 Recruintment is seeking a skilled and reliable Painter & Decorator to join our Repairs and Maintenance team. You\’ll carry out internal and external painting, wallpapering, mould treatments, and minor repairs in occupied properties—delivering high-quality finishes with excellent customer care. Salary: 31,00 P/A Location: Oldbury A VAN AND FUEL CARD ARE PROVIDED Key Responsibilities * Perform painting, decorating, and mould treatments independently in occupied homes * Ensure first-time fixes and maintain high standards of Health & Safety * Liaise with supervisors and clients professionally and respectfully * Mentor apprentices and support sustainability initiatives * Complete accurate paperwork and digital reporting via PDA What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in painting, wallpapering, and mould diagnostics * Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail * Ability to work independently and under pressure * Full clean driving license and good local area knowledge * Clean DBS and own Android/iOS smartphone (BYOD) * Willingness to work at heights and in varied conditions If you are intersted in this role, then please click apply
