Plumber in Oxford

Our large Private Housing Client is recruiting subcontract or direct labour wet workers/plumbers for the Reading and Oxford area.

Position

Sub‑contract or Direct Labour Wet Workers / Plumbers.

Rates

• Sub‑Contract Position: £30 per hour (own van required)
• Direct Labour Position: £25 per hour (van and fuel card provided)

Working Hours

8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Requirements

• Hot Water Cylinder Replacement
• Radiator and Central Heating Component Replacement
• System Design Understanding
• Diagnostic & Repair
• Customer Interaction
• Power Flush experience
• G3 Unvented
• Compliance: Adhere to health and safety standards, building regulations, and industry best practices at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in power flushing, hot water cylinder exchanges and central heating systems.
• Strong understanding of plumbing and heating system design, including radiators, pipework and components.
• Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment, including power flushing machines.
• Valid driver’s licence.
