R9 Recruitment are working closely with a reputable Property Maintenance Client, that are looking to onboard a service-only Engineer to work on their Social Housing Contract.
Area: Nuneaton and Bedworth
Postcodes: CV10 & CV12
Average weekly earnings: £1,000–£1,300
Additional: Payment provided for no-access jobs
Start date: ASAP
This is a contract position, so in addition to strong repair and diagnostic experience, you will need:
- Own van
- ACS qualifications (including HTR1 & CKR1)
- Gas Safe Registration
- Public Liability Insurance (£2M)
- Calibrated analyser
Workload: Average of 10-12 jobs per day. Once these are completed and no further work is assigned, you are free to carry out your own private work if you wish.
This is an immediate start and an ongoing contract with no planned end date.
