R9 Recruitment are looking for a qualified Multi Trade Roofer with a passion for green energy. Our client is seeking skilled professionals to install Solar PV systems and carry out roofing works across our social housing portfolio.
Salary: £34,067 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Cambridgeshire

Your Role:
- Installing Solar PV and associated works
- Identifying and rectifying roofing defects
- Surveying and placing slates/tiles in isolated patches
- Removing and replacing full roof coverings
- Re-bedding and renewing hip and ridge tiles
- Repairing and replacing lead valleys
- Rebuilding chimney stacks and renewing chimney pots
- Repairing mineral felt and asphalt flat roofs
- Renewing lead flashing to chimneys and upstands
- Liaising with customers and interpreting drawings, diagrams, and measurements
What We Need from You:
- Recognised Apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2/3 qualification
- Proven competence in all aspects of roofing
- Experience in domestic property maintenance, including high-rise blocks
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS card, asbestos awareness, and own tools
