Responsible for carrying out the duties of a Multi Trade Operative in the field of Repairs & Maintenance and Adaptations, my client is seeking an experienced individual to carry out a variety of work with a particular focus on plastering skills. Your role will be to ensure that all aspects of health & safety are applied and observed at all times to protect all members of the public and work colleagues. To deliver a complete and professional service to all Clients and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction to the highest levels.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
- To provide a Multi Trade Operative service to customers, ensuring that work is completed to specification and on time.
- Use initiative and experience to deliver the required standard of plastering in accordance with contract specifications.
- To identify and report on any areas of workmanship where contract specifications may not be achieved within time scales.
- To ensure that all work is completed adhering to Health and Safety regulations.
- Complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Complete all relevant paperwork/computer work required including personal time sheets in a timely manner.
- To work as an individual or as part of a team of highly skilled and professional tradespersons maintaining high standards of service provision at all times.
- To accurately measure materials and estimate time needed for assigned projects.
- To maintain all plant, equipment and vehicles within your control to the highest level of standards and efficiencies and report any incidents however minor to a line manager.
- To ensure that vehicle imprest stock levels are maintained at all times to maximise the potential for delivering a right first time service.
- To undertake any associated trade tasks that are within the competence of the individual and that are within the confines of health and safety legislation.
