Salary: Competitive Hourly Rate for 12 Weeks, then 34,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Plasterer to join a busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for long-term, stable employment with the potential to secure a permanent position after a successful 12-week temporary period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out all aspects of plastering, including patch repairs, skimming, rendering, and making good.
- Completing multi-trade works such as basic carpentry, tiling, painting, and minor plumbing repairs where required.
- Working within occupied and void residential properties.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.
- Delivering excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plasterer within a social housing, maintenance, or property repairs environment.
- Multi-trade skills are highly desirable.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
