R9 are currently seeking experienced Electricians to join our clients team in Salford on a temporary basis. You will play a key role in supporting a busy damp and disrepair workstream, with a strong focus on reactive and planned electrical works within social housing. Due to a surge in electrical requirements, this is a great opportunity to contribute to essential housing improvements and tenant safety.
Potential weekly earnings: £(Apply online only). VAN AND FUEL CARD PROVIDED.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out electrical works associated with damp and disrepair projects
- Fan overhauls, renewals, and installations
- Fault finding, repair, and maintenance tasks
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with current regulations
- Work safely and efficiently within occupied properties
- ECS Gold Card (Installation/Maintenance Level)
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- AM2 Certification
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Basic DBS (or willingness to obtain)
