Job Description

R9 are looking for a supervisor to provide on-site supervision of works carried out for our clients including residential properties and voids, and ensuring operatives comply with health and safety and that the instructions for the job have been followed.\\n\\nSupervisor Salary- 41k – plus 10% bonus\\n\\nLocation: Oldbury\\n\\nBenefits\\n\\nAnnual holiday; 25 days + Bank holidays\\nLong service awards; continuous service at key achievements are rewarded\\nPerkbox; from free coffees and cinema tickets to trips away and much more\\nVolunteer day; paid yearly volunteer days for a worthy cause.\\nVan and Fuel Card Provided\\n\\nResponsibilities\\n\\nDay-to-day supervision of the contract dealing with residents, customers and ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and productively\\n\\nEnsuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work sheets given and in a timely manner meeting all contract KPI targets.\\n\\nLiaising with the residents and customers and dealing with any queries or issues which may arise.\\nEnsuring works are completed on time and to a high quality standard.\\nOrganising operatives, assist in planning appointments in conjunction with the call centre.\\nCompletion of appropriate paperwork such as method statements and risk assessments, delivering tool box talks.\\nAttend regular weekly/bi-weekly meetings with your line manager\\nAttend pre-inspections where necessary and submit reports within 48hrs for standard orders and within 24hrs for complaints/emergencies\\n\\nRequirements:.\\n\\nRepairs and maintenance Industry\\nPrevious supervisory experience on a maintenance site\\nFull Clean Driving License\\n\\nIf you are interested in this position, then please click apply
