Contract Administrator Required (Temp to Perm) FULLY REMOTE | Construction Sector
R9 Recruitment are supporting a leading construction client in their search for an experienced Contract Administrator. This is a temp-to-perm role offering long-term stability and fully remote working once a short induction has been completed in Kent. The business specialises in voids and disrepair work, so previous experience in this type of environment will be beneficial.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Role Overview
You’ll provide day-to-day administrative support to the commercial team, including:
- Inputting schedule-of-rates items into client systems
- Producing subcontractor pre-works schedules
- Preparing scoping and pricing documents
- Entering variations
- Checking and processing subcontractor applications and photo evidence
- Managing post-inspection queries
- Coding new orders using booking sheets and photos
What You Need
- Essential experience with inputting schedule of rates
- Experience as an Administrator within the Construction/Maintenance/Building/Social Housing Sector
- Strong IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Teams
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with internal and external teams
- Availability for an immediate start
Pay & Progression
- £17- £19 per hour for the first 12 weeks (Depending on experience)
- Up to £33,000 basic salary once permanent
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays once permanent
- Company laptop provided
- Fully remote after induction
