Gas Contracts Manager to take ownership of a newly secured contract across North London.

This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in contract management who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service standards.

Working alongside operational teams, engineers, and clients, you will ensure gas maintenance and compliance programmes are delivered effectively, safely, and in line with contractual expectations.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Gas Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operation of gas maintenance contracts.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring service delivery targets are achieved while maintaining strong customer relationships and high levels of compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for the management and performance of gas contracts.
  • Oversee operational teams and subcontractors to ensure work is delivered efficiently.
  • Monitor service levels, KPIs, and contractual obligations.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing maintenance or compliance contracts.

  • Experience within social housing, property services, or FM environments is advantageous.
  • Gas industry knowledge or qualifications would be beneficial but are not essential.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
