R9 Recruitment is looking for an experienced Building Division Contract Supervisor to manage planned works and building repairs across London and the South East. You will oversee operatives and contractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. This is a hands-on role with site visits, client liaison, and responsibility for performance, Health & Safety, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervising planned works and repairs across multiple sites
- Managing operatives, contractors, materials, and resources
- Attending site meetings, surveys, inspections, and post-works reviews
- Ensuring compliance with contract KPIs, processes, and H&S regulations
- Deputising for the Field Operations Manager when required
- Using systems such as Oneserve and iAuditor to monitor performance
About you
- Time-served tradesperson / City & Guilds qualified
- Minimum 5 years' site experience in property maintenance or construction
- Previous supervisory experience
- CSCS Supervisor Card & Asbestos Awareness
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong organisation, communication, and people-management skills
