About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join a well-known social housing client of ours. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft, delivers high-quality work, and enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out multi-trade repairs and maintenance works (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, plastering).
- Diagnose job requirements and complete works to a high standard.
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company and industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service when dealing with tenants.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader or similar role.
- Strong skills in at least two core trades.
- Full UK driving licence (if required for the role).
- Own tools preferred (company tools may be provided depending on the role).
