R9 Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Grounds Worker to join their clients team. You will be responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal across residential properties. Location: Lambeth Salary: Β£32-Β£35k p/a Key Responsibilities β’ Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently β’ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations β’ Break up and remove cement/concrete surfaces as part of site preparation or repair works β’ Maintain communal areas, pathways, and hardstanding surfaces β’ Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively β’ Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents or clients Requirements β Experience in grounds maintenance or construction-related work β Comfortable using tools for breaking up cement (e.g., breakers, chisels) β Basic knowledge of landscaping and hard surface repair β Full UK driving licence (essential) β Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions β Strong work ethic and attention to detail Benefits β’ 33 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays) β’ Pension Scheme β’ Qualification Renewal Inclusive β’ Company Van & Fuel Card β’ Company Sick Pay β’ Volunteering Allowance β’ Access to Employee Assistance Program If you are interested in this position then please click Apply
