Salary: 34,703 + up to 4,000 OTE

Benefits: Company van, fuel card, 23 days holiday + bank holidays, excellent benefits

R9 are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Floor Layer to work across Ellesmere Port and surrounding areas. Occasional travel further afield may be required.

The Role

  • Install and repair a range of floor finishes including vinyl, linoleum, rubber, Polysafe, tiles, and carpet
  • Prepare sub floors (plywood, screed, latex screed)
  • Fit flooring to wet rooms, including upstands and hot/cold welding
  • Remove and reinstate bathroom fittings where required
  • Measure, estimate, and order materials
  • Deliver high quality workmanship and professional customer service

What You’ll Need

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Floor Laying (desirable) or time served
  • Strong experience in domestic and commercial maintenance
  • Ability to work safely in all environments, including confined spaces
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Own tools
