We’re looking for an experienced Electrician to carry out planned and responsive repairs across Local Authority and Social Housing properties. You’ll complete lighting replacements, fault‑finding, EICRs, remedials and upgrade works, ensuring all systems remain safe, compliant and operational.

Key Responsibilities

  • Electrical repairs, fault‑finding and first‑time fixes
  • Lighting installations and repairs
  • EICR testing and remedial works (single & three‑phase)
  • Safe isolation and BS7671‑compliant documentation
  • Risk assessments and safe working practices
  • Completing works to targets and high standards
  • Using PDA/IT systems for job reports and certification
  • Maintaining a clean, stocked company vehicle
  • Liaising professionally with tenants, colleagues and management

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
  • City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition
  • Minimum 3 years’ on‑site experience
  • Full UK driving licence
