Plumber – Social Housing
We are currently looking for an experienced Plumber to join a well-known team working within the social housing sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out all aspects of domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
- Working on hot water cylinders, immersion heaters and associated pipework.
- Powerflushing radiators and heating systems.
- Completing wet work on heating systems, including radiator replacements and pipework alterations.
- Diagnosing and repairing leaks, blockages and faulty plumbing installations.
- Installing and repairing taps, toilets, sinks, baths and showers.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Providing excellent customer service when working in occupied properties.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing (preferred).
- Proven experience working within social housing, maintenance or domestic plumbing.
- Experience with cylinders, heating systems, radiator works and powerflushing.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Strong customer-focused attitude.
