We’re looking for an Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee social housing projects. You’ll manage electricians and subcontractors, carry out surveys, and ensure safe, compliant, high-quality work across tenanted and void properties. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and tenant satisfaction.

- Salary up to: £50,000
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support electricians across housing contracts
- Conduct electrical surveys, inspections, and EICRs
- Ensure compliance with regulations and health & safety standards
- Manage workloads, schedules, and material ordering
- Provide technical guidance to teams and clients
- Liaise with tenants, housing officers, and internal departments
- Carry out quality checks and remedial inspections
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
- Qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, AM2 or equivalent)
- Experience in social housing (voids, repairs, planned works)
- Strong knowledge of IEE Wiring Regulations
- Supervisory or leadership experience (or ready to step up)
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
