Overview
R53 suspension is a leading high performance suspension manufacturer at a high-level motorsport (GT Racing, Dakar, Formula E, Rally,…) and high performance automotive (Gordon Murray, McLaren, …). We have a vacancy for a damper sub-assembly technician reporting to the workshop manager. If you have good mechanical and engineering knowledge with excellent attention to detail as well as a motivation for self-development and wish to work on suspension systems for top motorsport and high-performance vehicles, then we have the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Sub assembly build
- New Damper build
- Service and Repair
- Damper dyno operation
- R&D support activities
- Test and race support
- General business upkeep
Qualifications
- Self-motivation and organization skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Damper build experience preferred but not essential
- Motorsport experience preferred but not essential
- Good mechanical and/or engineering skills
- Ability to read technical drawings
- IT skills - MS Office essential, ERP is an advantage
- Passion for motorsport
