We’re looking for a proactive and driven Recruitment Support Officer / Delivery Consultant to join the R3vamp Recruitment team. This is a varied role sitting at the heart of our recruitment delivery function, supporting our consultants while taking ownership of candidate sourcing, screening, administration and the smooth running of our recruitment processes. You’ll be working across a variety of permanent and temporary vacancies, identifying quality candidates, managing candidate journeys and ensuring our clients receive a consistently high level of service.
Ensuring Your Success
You’ll be responsible for sourcing candidates across platforms including LinkedIn, job boards and our internal database, conducting initial telephone screens, qualifying candidates and preparing them for submission and interview. You’ll also manage interview arrangements, candidate and client communication, CV formatting, database updates and general recruitment administration. Attention to detail and process control will be essential, as you’ll need to keep on top of multiple vacancies, candidates and deadlines while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. We’re looking for someone organised, resilient and commercially aware, with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to find the right people for our clients.
What We're Looking For
We’re open to professionals from all backgrounds, even better if you have recruitment, resourcing, administration, customer service or sales experience. Previous recruitment experience would be beneficial but isn’t essential if you can demonstrate strong organisation, communication and a proactive approach. You’ll need to be confident speaking to candidates, comfortable using multiple systems and able to manage competing priorities without losing attention to detail. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, responds well to feedback and is motivated by delivering high-quality candidates and a great service, rather than simply completing tasks.
In Return
You’ll join a growing, ambitious recruitment business where you’ll have the opportunity to develop your recruitment career and take on increasing responsibility. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants and gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing through to placement. We’re a collaborative team that values quality, accountability and doing things properly, while still maintaining a fast-paced and energetic environment. As you develop, there will be opportunities to progress into a full Delivery Consultant or Recruitment Consultant position, with clear scope to increase your earnings and responsibility.
