We are working with an ambitious and fast-paced organisation that is looking to appoint a Business Change Project Manager to play a key role in a high-profile M&A programme.

Working across multiple business functions, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of business change initiatives that support successful integration and transformation.

You’ll manage project plans, risks, governance, and dependencies, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned whilst delivering key milestones in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Ensuring Your Success

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience delivering business change projects within complex organisations, ideally with direct exposure to mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale transformation programmes.

You will be an exceptional stakeholder manager, confident engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, with the ability to influence, communicate, and drive collaboration across the business.
