I am seeking an experienced R&D Manager that will lead a fast-paced research and development function. The ideal candidate will contribute to improving the R&D function to support the company’s strategic goals. This role combines technical expertise, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage R&D projects
- Develop R&D strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate R&D team members
- Conduct and oversee research, experimentation, and prototype development
- Collaborate with product management, manufacturing, quality, marketing, and regulatory teams
- Analyse data, document findings, and present results to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and intellectual property requirements
- Stay current with emerging technologies, competitors, and industry advancements
Required Qualifications
