With exciting and ambitious growth plans in place, R3vamp are delighted to announce that we are looking to hire a driven Recruitment Consultant.

After 3 and a half successful years doubling our revenue in our second and third year, we are looking to replicate similar growth in Y4.

With a strong base of established clients and robust processes in place, this role is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales individual to join a hugely ambitious start up, to hit the ground running, accelerate their career and earn a fantastic living.

What you will be doing The successful candidate will provide general administration for R3vamp employees across all their specialist sectors.

The role will offer the successful candidate to get involved in all aspects of a growing recruitment company.

Duties will include, but limited to: General ad-hoc duties, this will include but not limited to, writing of: CV’s, job adverts, offer letters.

You will also be responsible for: interview scheduling, referencing, right to work checks.

Initial phone screening of candidates Preparing candidates for interviews.

Shadowing on client meetings, note taking and assisting when required Leading on the marketing strategy of the website and social media platforms.

Work with the leadership team to design, plan and implement content to improve brand and EVP.

You will be a driven and ambitious individual who is not afraid to take on challenges.

You will have a passion for people and enjoy helping others.

You will have strong interpersonal skills, both in person and written, you will have exceptional phone manner.

Willingness to learn and determination to develop will also be key in your success.

Having any sales experience is a benefit but not essential.

Recruitment experience is not essential, but having over 6 months of experience within a sales environment is key.
