We are working with a fast growing SaaS organisation, who are looking to implement Agile working practices. As Scrum Master, you’ll work closely with Product, Business Analysis, C++ Development and QA teams to plan, manage and report on the delivery of upcoming releases. You’ll run the Scrum cadence, including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives, while managing Jira workflows, capacity planning, dependencies, risks and blockers. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll support the immediate delivery of the next release while also implementing tangible improvements to processes, tools and ways of working. You will also have a large focus on the implementation and improvement of Agile process.
Ensuring Your Success
You’ll have strong experience working as a Scrum Master within an Agile software delivery environment, with a solid understanding of Scrum events, backlog refinement, estimation, forecasting and capacity planning. You’ll be confident using Jira for workflow configuration, boards, dashboards and reporting, and comfortable working with senior technical stakeholders, including engineers. You’ll also be a pragmatic Agile coach, able to improve processes within a lower‑maturity environment without creating unnecessary bureaucracy, while providing clear reporting to CTO and SLT level.

This is a hands‑on Scrum Master position where you’ll be able to influence Agile maturity, improve release processes and work closely with Product, Engineering, QA and Business Analysis teams.
