We are looking for an experienced Landscape Operative to join our team on-site contract basis. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality landscaping projects across a variety of sites, supporting the Landscape Supervisor in day-to-day operations.
What you'll do:
- Assist with ground preparation, planting shrubs and trees, laying turf, seeding, and creating wildflower areas
- Support fencing and general hard landscaping tasks
- Read and work from site plans
- Follow project requirements, PPE guidelines, and client-led health & safety standards
- Report near misses, accidents, and incidents promptly
- Follow company H&S policies, risk assessments, and COSHH guidelines
- Undertake additional duties as needed to support projects and business goals.
