We are looking for a Head of Infrastructure to join our engineering team. This hybrid role is based in London, requiring 1–2 days per week onsite. You will manage existing infrastructure and scale production systems.

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
- 10+ years of industry experience across cloud and production software applications
- 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering
- Deep hands-on experience in AWS cloud platforms (AWS Solution Architect Certifications beneficial)
- Experience managing and leading cloud production systems and scaling infrastructure
- Experience leading engineering teams with direct-report management
- Worked with other engineering teams to meet requirements and deadlines
- Strong understanding of the Full SDLC
- Understanding of Python Web Frameworks beneficial (Django/FastAPI)
