We are partnering with a large, complex organisation undergoing a significant transformation of its events function. With a high volume of events delivered annually, the business is looking to establish a more strategic, scalable, and effective operating model. To support this, they are seeking an experienced Event Project Manager to lead a critical transformation project on an interim basis.

The Role

This is a strategic project role focused on designing and delivering a new events operating model. You will lead a defined phase of work to establish the strategy, governance, and decision‑making framework for events across the organisation. This is not an operational event delivery role. Instead, it requires a strong background in strategy, analysis, and programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive events strategy aligned to organisational objectives
